COMBINED PAPER CORRUGATOR :
MIMCO introduces this new type of "TWO PLY COMBINED CORRUGATING MACHINE" with four fold increase in efficiency and production. Minutely finished flute rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life. The machine is with three Pre-heaters to pre heat the liner paper, as well as, fluted paper for better performance. The top flute roll is spring loaded with fine setting. The setting of flute roll is from one side. A geared motor is fitted to keep the gum rolls rotating for agitation of the gum, while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rolls. The machine is with steam heating . A steam shower is provided for perfect formation of the flutes. A motorised self loading reel stand is provided with twin unwinding shafts, there-by, saving time and easy handling of the paper reels. The Machine is with overhead bridge and guide way, which gives extra time to cure the paper and to achieve better quality of the board. The corrugation machine is attached with the rottary sheet cutter to cut the Corrugated Boards without damaging the flutes and plain paper.
